Named after a local creek found near his home, Marty of Marty’s Produce supplied Arkansas grown, Certified Natural, Cascade and Nugget hops for this special brew. Fresh hops are know for giving a “green and fresh” hop flavor to beer, and these hops deliver! They pack a ton of resiny, piney, and citrus aroma and flavor balanced off of a light bodied brew with a clean, crisp finish.

ABBC’s take on a Belgian Wit utilizing chamomile as a substitute for bitter orange peel and a more balanced fermentation profile than other commercial varieties. Over 6# of chamomile, 4# of coriander, and a touch of lavender and lemongrass went in to this beer. We roasted the coriander prior to using it to bring out the oils, which gives it a big orange citrus flavor, with a hint of lavender and lemongrass in the aroma. A very delicate beer that intensifies in flavor as it warms.
